Sem start….

I am taking the following modules this sem:
BSP3001 Business policy and stategy
ACC3602 Mangerial Planning and Control
ACC3604 Company & Securities Law
ACC3614 Valuation
SSA2209 Government and Politics of Singapore

Currently attended 3 ACC lessons, so much readings for these 3 modules.. I think i will be pretty busy this sem.. hmm.. Hope that the other 2 modules wont have much reading but i think is impossible… bsp3001 confirm have a lot of readings, and each reading is around 20 over pages with less than font 12 wordings (just like bsp2005).. so i think i will be pretty busy this sem… =(

Me and ed went swimming in the late morning when the sun was the hottest.. I swam for around 15 laps… and i got burned on my shoulder! *painpainpain!* I only feel the pain hours later after the swim when i was in IKEA looking for my storage stuff..

Having dinner with ed and his friends at this ramen place at orchard plaza. The ramen was ok only. After which we went for dessert at Ion. Dessert at Marmalade Pantry was damn NICE! but quite ex! However, is worth it to pamper ourselves once in a while!!!

End of audit internship

Finally my internship has ended. I have a lot of thoughts about what i want to work as in the near future as i only left one semester to finish my degree. I like the audit experience. BUT… i am afraid i cant get into the firm that i want to work.. I shall not name the firm’s name – my close friends should know.. If i really cant get in, then i should seriously think about the next best alternative – accounts / bank / IT again? Or perhaps i should make use of the SAP cert i have to find something related?

I have a lot of thoughts regarding my future job.. And i have share with some of my close friends regarding what i am concern about. But so sorry that i am not able to post it here as those are quite sensitive issues. I have a lot a lot of thoughts to share with angela.. when are you free to meet me angela???

Have you really thought of what you desire in life?

What do you desire to achieve in your life? Have you really thought about it? When you know your desire you should be thinking about that desire regularly, everyday, every moment and constantly look for ways to achieve the goal that will allow you to fulfill that desire. But did you?

Conclusion : what you say from your mouth are not real desire as you do not have plan for it!

End of Semester

Finally.. the semester has ended.. I did not have time to update my blog during the semester as i was too busy with my studies and my personal life. I was coping with 6 level 3 modules, 3 of those were quite tedious.. really spent quite a lot of time reading to trying to understand them – more hardworking than the previous few semesters.. After taking the 6 modules, i really got the feel that i am an accounting student. I think i really learn quite a lot of accounting stuff in this semester. But I find that level 3 modules have to really study in order to secure at least a B grade, unlike those other level 1 business modules that we can still smoke through.. HAHA.. Although i have invested quite a lot of time in those modules, i do not know how well i could fare as i was taking these modules with the BAC07 batch. I just hope to maintain my cap score.

I will start my internship tomorrow. I will be working in a CPA firm to do audit work . I hope i will like the job as i will wish to become an auditor after i graduate..

Finally got my new bedframe..

I need a new bedframe!! my bedframe was don’t know used for how many years, and it was there before my grandma passed away (at least 10 years).

Today went to ikea with my bro and mum to get some stuff, and i got myself a new bedframe! I don’t need a bedframe that is super fanciful or well-designed, i just need a very normal bedframe, so i got e cheapest one.. hahaha.. Thanks mum for buying this bedframe for me! Love her so much!

The next thing i want to get is new mattress….

Attending first lecture tml… so excited..

Tml is my first taxation lesson.. is my first lesson for this sem.. Taxation is one of the more practical module, the knowledge gained will be directly relevant and useful… Hope that this module will not be very difficult.. =)

Looking forward for the lesson!!! I am so excited!!! hahahaa…

New Semester starts…

This sem will be a taxing sem for me as i am taking 6 level 3 modules.. I think i have to be super hardworking else i will not be able to catch up.. There is a price to pay if i want to graduate earlier.. just hope that taking these 6 modules will not compromise my grades..

New Year Eve BBQ…

Again.. Another BBQ session with my relatives and cousins.. We spent more time together while waiting for the count down… I enjoyed the time chatting with them and exchanging our points of views about relationship issues… BUT.. The most regretful thing was that ed was not with me this time. He went for his sec sch friend house for steamboat.. He promised to accompany me for all the coming new year eve, but he has forgotten this promise… He has no intention to leave his friend place when i called him 11+pm.. so sad… =(

Christmas Eve BBQ…

This is the first time that i go to this bbq that was organized by my relatives (put aeroplane last few times.. hahaha)… Although the dinner was self-service with no aircon and there were limited chairs & tables, it was kind of enjoyable as almost all my cousins turned up for this bbq!! Is the companies that count, not the quality of the dinner…. =)
